<div>中津干潟シングルシードオイスター「ひがた美人」は、豊前海の干潟（中津）で籠の中で育った牡蠣です。<br />
通常の養殖で育ったカキより大変小ぶりな牡蠣ですが、身の肌理（きめ）が細かく、ぷりっとした食感とエグ味が少なく海水の味で引き立つ強い甘みが特徴です。</div>
